| How is it possible to apply your products over a dirty surface? |
Our products work directly on a dirty painted surface without scratching them. Detergents and wetting agents create an emulsion, which wraps the dirt into an emulsion and wetting agents. Without these our products could not be applied to a dusty or dirty surface without leaving scratches. The easiest way of explaining this is to imagine the dirt softened then encapsulated in wax giving you a bubble effect whilst spreading a protective agent over the surfaces to be cleaned, as it does this it leaves a protective seal which produces an exceptional showroom finish. We use ONLY 100% cotton terry towels, which will not cause any scratches. Other ingredients, place UV protection onto the surface, fill in fine feather scratches, whilst adding a protective layer, it makes it very easy to maintain a vehicle by just simply washing or wiping off dirt and grime. Leaving an added depth of shine and enhanced protection to the final finish. |
| How often should I have my vehicle re-valeted in order to keep it looking really good? |
There are an awful lot of variables here, the age of the car/bike, the condition and colour of the paint, whether or not the car/bike is garaged, road conditions, frequency of washing. At the minimum we would like to see it valeted every 3 months to prevent any colour loss. But to keep it looking really sharp and to create an incredible sense of depth, and brilliance, we would advise a monthly visit. Check for regular user discount prices. |
| Will our product remove water spots? |
| We can, but only if the finish is relatively new, has been already treated, or the spotting has not set too deeply, even then, it may require the use of a high-speed buffer. |
| Are there any problems with applying your product over ordinary waxes and polishes? |
| None at all - our product range will easily cut through any wax or polish, leaving behind a protective seal and showroom finish. Indeed using our products regularly helps to keep the car or bike shiny, protected and easier to wash. |
| Is your product safe on clear coats? |
Yes - our products have been laboratory tested on every type of paint used by the industry from the older acrylic-gloss lacquers right through to today's high strength, high-gloss paints. There will be absolutely no paint loss or deterioration, if applied in accordance with label directions. |
| How soon can Waterless Bike & Car Cleaning Co valet a vehicle once it has been re-sprayed? |
| Both the paint industry and the automobile industry generally endorse a "90 day policy" with regard to newly painted and newly repaired vehicles. During this period solvents evaporate from the paint, allowing the paint to harden, or cure. |
